Orders are processed within 1-2 business day from submission and we will send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as we start packing your order.

Shipping Time 

• Generally, Standard shipping, it takes 10-20  business days to ship to  United States.
• Expedited shipping will takes 5-7 business days After Shipped
• The delivery time varies due to custom and the delivery of local logistics

Shipping Cost

• Free shipping for orders over $39.
• For orders less than $39, Standard shipping is $5.98;
• Expedited shipping cost is $16.98

Delivery Address

• A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
• Occasionally packages are returned to Phonecase Stores as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Phonecase Stores, We will sent a email to you.Or please contact service@phonecasestores.com to make arrangements for reshipment.
