ORDER INFORMATION CHANGE
If you would like to change your order information within 48 hours of purchase, it will be free;
Orders placed after 48 hours will not be modified or changed.
The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.
Please contact our customer service if you have any problems.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/REFUND
If you would like to cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund no questions asked. For cancellations please send us an email via service@phonecasestores.com with your order number and we’ll process your request.
Every order comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product arrives defective or you not happy with your purchase, please send us an email via service@phonecasestores.com with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem and we'll process your request.
Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. If it's been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.
Phonecase Stores cannot be held responsible for returned items getting lost during transit. We advise customers who return their purchase to pay for insurance and tracking to guarantee it reaches our destination safely.
For returns and replacements, if the quality is defective, or the wrong item was sent to you, we can reship the item for free; No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
